As a Facility Management (FM) Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of a building's systems and infrastructure. You will ensure that the building is safe, secure, and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular inspections of building systems and equipment
• Identifying and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Developing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures
• Supervising maintenance staff and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Managing energy and water consumption to reduce operating costs

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Experience with facility management software
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or LEED Accredited Professional
