Job Responsibilities:

• Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including writing job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflict
• Develop and implement training programs for employees
• Manage employee performance and conduct appraisals
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Administer payroll and benefits programs
• Keep employee records up to date and ensure confidentiality
