Job Description: HR Officer

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees
• Administer various HR processes, such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and offboarding
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct training programs for employees on topics such as sexual harassment prevention and diversity awareness
• Support management with strategic planning and decision-making related to human resources

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS software and other HR tools
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
