Job Description: Tax & Compliance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization's tax compliance and reporting requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of tax returns
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on tax matters
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with tax audits and communicate with tax authorities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
