An interior architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction or renovation of interior spaces. They collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, create design concepts, and manage the implementation of the design plan.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Create design concepts for interior spaces
• Produce drawings, renderings, and other visualizations of design concepts
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings for interior spaces
• Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure design plans are implemented correctly
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Stay current on trends and developments in interior architecture

Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
