Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to architects, designers, and contractors based on specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and contractors to drive specification of our products
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings

• Proven track record in specification sales within the building materials industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
