The Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies related to quality, health, safety, and environmental protection. They develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of continuous improvement in these areas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain QHSE policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and education to employees on QHSE practices
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and quality
• Ensure that all incidents are properly documented and investigated
• Stay up-to-date on regulations and industry best practices
• Manage emergency response plans and procedures

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to identify and address potential risks and hazards
• Experience in developing and implementing QHSE programs
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications in QHSE management are preferred
• Experience in managing a team or department
